ORDERS

You can pay with VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Paypal or cash on delivery day.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive the confirmation email address you provided. If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam mail and add [email protected] to your secure mailing list.

As soon as we receive your transfer, you will receive a confirmation email.

Of course, you will receive the invoice together with the glasses upon delivery.

Shopping on our website sunshine.si is completely safe. We are a member of “Verfiied with Visa” and “Secure by Mastercard”, which provides additional security when shopping online. We use industry-standard encrypton systems for potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other information you provide to us, such as your card. The information that passes between your electronic device and our website cannot be read.

You can cancel the order completely or partially, up to 15 minutes after processing the order.

DELIVERY

Good news! For purchases over 60€, postage is 100% free. When buying up to 60€, the cost of postage is  3.99€ regardless of the type of payment.

We can deliver to any address in Slovenia.

For sunglasses, delivery is scheduled within 1-2 business days. For corrective glasses, delivery is up to 5-7 days.

RETURNS

We will happily refund your purchase if you’re not absolutely satisfied, within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Your glasses must be in original condition with original case and tags in which they were sent.

In the case of the return of corrective glasses, we cannot refund the purchase price for glasses in accordance with Article 43.č of the ZVPot.

We offer a free replacement for all sunglasses and blue light glasses that you have ordered and do not suit you. In this case, send us the order number to the e-mail address [email protected] and write down which item to return and with which you would like to replace it. Please also attach an account scan.

We will send you a new item within 1-2 working days, and at the same time you will return the item that does not suit you upon delivery to the courier. A sticker with our address and other information will be included in the new package.
